Maybe my mind is too cluttered or I am lacking a certain "zen' quality, but I don't find this book very useful at all. There are 81 "chapters". Each "chapter" contains an oriental pen and ink picture and one page of text. If you're looking for real content, you won't find it here.

There are countless insights for the humble and patient leader to reflect on and employ. BE CAREFUL, however, as there are some versions of this book around that seem to be pre-published versions or even pirate versions. [...]. The suspect versions had green covers as opposed to the gold covered version which has not presented the same issue so far. [...].

A great book to have on your shelf and pull out when you need some other 'advice' besides your own. Incredible stories and analogies to help the new leader or seasoned professional. I highly recommend in classes that I facilitate.
